Still the same....I'm ok with that....I can see I have more muscle definition!

I noticed there is a point in time where your weight stops progressing, despite same effort. It's like your body is checking out what's happening. I sometimes make a relax -cheat day on that period. Eat more food than usual, rest - and miracle happens. I wake up a lil bit thinner next day. Like a trick. Not sure if everyone is like this. But worth trying. Xx well done you though still done well. Xx

Yeh I have plateaued weight wise...but I am working out also,so my muscle mass is growing and probably keeping me this weight! I don't mind as I'm feeling good in my body and strong too. I do bloat often so I need to investigate the cause...prob the high carb eating! I do cheat days quite often...it's more of a low mood thing! Thank you for your advice tho. ☺️
