9st 8 (SS @WW) Definitely count WW result this week as a win, especially after dinner out the night before! There is a challenge to stay the same or lose weight from next week's weigh in until the next one on 8th Jan, to win a REAR of the Year award (real effort achieves results!) and I want me one of those!! But I did buy no less than 38 cakes yesterday so my actions aren't quite matching up with my intentions!! The leader did give us some food for thought about the Filling & Healthy option over Christmas tho, to maintain (if I do it for the week) I can have NINETY ONE weeklies!! That sounds like a plan...
