It's very frustrating. You feel like you're doing everything right - working out regularly, eating only til you're full, taking care of yourself - and yet you feel like a failure.

Am I doing something wrong? Or is this just a little blip on the radar?
75,7 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 27,3 kg.    Aún para ir: 7,7 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

try changing your routine up a little..confuse the body try a different exercise or more cardio or if your not doing strength training add a little. Have fun you've done so well so far. :-)

Definitely a blip! If you are doing everything right, you WILL see results. Day to day fluctuations can be so frustrating -- remember that your weight on the scale may go up if you: have been getting a lot of salt in the last day or two, haven't had enough water to drink, have sore muscles from exercise, had a heavy dinner the night before, are constipated, are nearing certain times of the month, etc, etc, etc... Keep at it! You are not a failure! Focus on the feeling you get from eating well and taking care of yourself, and know that the scale WILL follow. You can do this!
