Only 300 gr less than a week ago 😭, but it was tuff week, girls will understand. You first become a water balloon, than food craving monstr 🤤 I didn't count cal only for a couple of days, didn't overeat, but probably wasn't on deficit on those. Anyway, at least lost 2,3% of fat compare to 10 days ago, I also see this difference in the mirror 🪞🙂 Carrying on!🤐 No one said it would be easy 😩😄🙏
