Diario de sdpridd, 26 ene. 11

Took a day off from exercising yesterday. I had to babysit, the weather here was crappy, and I was just so tired so I decided to give my body some rest. Didn't lose anything, but didn't gain either. Trying to hit the track for some more Couch 2 5K training again today if the rain holds off.
73,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 3,6 kg.    Aún para ir: 14,5 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
