Yey!! one more pound gone... i was worried cuz i hadn't moved much in the last week. good job Me!
89,8 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 4,1 kg.    Aún para ir: 21,8 kg.    Dieta seguida: 100%.

1569 kcal Grasa: 97,46g | Prot: 126,20g | Carbh: 25,84g.   Desayuno: pepper jack cheese, mushroom, onion, butter, eggs, sweet n' low, heavy cream , coffee. Almuerzo: sugar free iced tea, jalapeno, mushroom, onion, butter, eggs. Cena: squash, mint, onion, tomato, water , sugar free iced tea, salad, chicken breast. Pasa Bocas / Otros: sweet n' low, heavy cream, tea. más...
Perdiendo 2,2 kg a la Semana

I'm right there with ya girl! I have dropped an average of 3 pounds a week if you do the math BUT in reality it comes in spurts and I get discouraged in between! Hang in there!

I'm now 195... I am soooo happy. I slipped a little today but I attribute it to my raging migraine that just wouldn't budge. Most of the day I couldn't eat cuz I was nauseous. But as soon as the pain subsided, I was starving. So I had a hefty omellette compliments of my son. It was the best ever!
