As I have written before, SB is not going so well. I think that I am use to doing Weight Watchers where everything you eat is counted. On SB I feel like I am eating too much, becuase I am a "grazer" I can't eat big meals because I get full very fast (this sounds good, but its not), but am hungry again 20 minutes after I eat. I feel like my constant eating is causing me to not do as well as I could. Also I have no self control, I made the Peanut Butter cookie recipe yesterday, I ate almost all of them, so needless to say they are great! I can't deprive myself of sweets because then I binge, but I don't have the self control to stop at one cookie. Also I think that SB isn't going as well as it could, because of a constant knee problem that I have had. Knee surgery helped, but it still bothers me, and I currently re-injured it two days ago,so I'm not working out at all. All I seem to have is problems...
