I’m so up & down with my weight yet I’m balancing my macros. It has to be the exercise or lack there of but trying really hard to get back into a routine of walking each day. I’m in the middle of a painting course which means I’m not moving as much so need at least a 30 min walk a day. Hope you have all had a great week.🙂
