I am doing a 7 day cycle with one rest day, 2 cardio only days, two different lots of both upper and lower body
As I started from a really low base after 16-18 months of illness, I had to gradually recover and implement my back to fitness workout plan. I’m going to swap it for a more specifically targeted plan in about 3 weeks.
Today I got my old dumbbells and weights bench out of the garage. There’s no room to set them up in there or in the house, so they’ll be outside. It’s the best I can do.
