this will be my first time making a big change in my diet at first it was really hard and I kept on going for those sweets and starchy foods but I finally got tired of always being tiered due to unhealthy/heavy meals I started adding more veggies to my plate and took starchy foods out completely added more fish to my diet and less grease I FEEL GREAT I have energy now and I'm not always bloated and tiered this was the greatest decision I could do for my body and I am very happy.
