114,8 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 10,5 kg.    Aún para ir: 24,0 kg.    Dieta seguida: Poco.

Hey Kim-- Weight loss is not a quick process. I am not sure what exactly you are disappointed in (your results or that you followed your diet poorly). What changes to your diet were you successful with? Keep those successes in mind and duplicate HOW you did it. Did you give yourself a pep talk? Did you prepare healthy snacks in advance? Are you expecting too much? Focus on the GOOD and replicate it throughout your day & your week!

Thanks Debbie. I was just down to 239 a couple of weeks ago and I'm on insulin again with doubled increase and the doctor says that is the culprit. It's so frustrating to do the right things and gain weight so quickly. I'm going to try and increase my exercising and remain positive. Thanks for your comment. Love ya Debbie😃
