Despite the diet disaster last night I am still on track to loosing at least 10 lbs by thanksgiving. Need to walk at least 4 days/week or I will have to starve myself to reach that goal. So moderation: Watch the calories and keep-on-walking (Johnny Walker scotch whiskey slogan).
