it was almost 57.9 though. The result must have been like 57.89 or something like that because the scale took a lot of time to stabilize.
waist measuring over navel: 80.8 (hmm... I think it's time to stop eating junk but it's so addictive... Right now, all I feel like is stuffing myself with chocolate lol. But I'm going to eat some fruit instead.
Also, I'm really letting myself go in regards to weight training. Last session was on the 2nd of this month.
