Last night I had an epiphany; I don't need a lot of food. The realization occurred when instead of pouring the bottle of olive oil free-hand onto my Brussels sprouts like usual, I used a measuring spoon. One teaspoon of olive oil is all I needed. Measuring my portions will be beneficial.
