One day at a time. 27 pounds gone is wonderful! Make a goal of hitting the big THIRTY. I find if I make smaller goals like that it helps because you reach them faster and in turn don't get burned out trying to lose 20 pounds etc... Just think, this spring your spring clothes are going to be too big for you! Or, like in my case sometimes, they actually fit now instead of being tight! LOL :P
