The scale is holding steady and I will be happy with that thru the holidays. Been eating a bit more sweet stuff the past few days. I am really good all day but it is the after dinner nibble that gets me lately. X-mas eve tomorrow at my parents, then leaving for vacation for two weeks on x-mas day. I have talked myself out of taking my computer with me so I will be off line for about 2 weeks.
