Diario de eightpac, 31 oct. 20

Feeling Good, happy with weight-loss. I start real exercise work on Monday. I will be using a PT 4 times a week because left up to me my legs will never get a decent workout. I am more upper body I guess just because it is easier to work chest, back, and shoulders.
130,7 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 23,4 kg.    Aún para ir: 43,7 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

what type of lower body exercises do they have u do? you're right it's much harder to get lower body exercises in

Will be some combination of squats and all their variations, lunges, glute hamstring work and calves. Form is important hence why when I exercise legs I prefer to have a PT for the first month or until I get back to enjoying leg workouts which takes a while for me but once it's on it's on.

PT Session yesterday was excellent and I enjoyed every moment, felt a bit tied in the afternoon though but powered through. If cost is not an issue I recommend a competent PT.
