Down by a pound, which is great. Today I had the first experience of noticing that my clothes fit differently. A pair of pants that were always tight seemed just fine and a shirt that I'd never been able to button (always wore open over a t-shirt) buttoned up ok. Still snug, but definitely different from how it used to be.

Still have a long way to go! I don't feel like I look any different, but it's nice to feel a bit of progress.
