Diario de lovelolita, 19 oct. 20

Morning All, I have basically not weighed in for a month- reason being that about 3 years ago I lost 27kg in 3 months on Keto & ITF, and the first month I got back to adding in Carbs I gained like 10kg in the first month, so what I did differently is I tried to eat better bring in more carbs for the last month just to see if I can maintain the weight I had lost the first month and by golly I did it and I lost an xtra 1.1kg during this month. Sooooooo happy with maintaining now from today I will be back on the wagon 100% Keto Omad from today till I reach my goal, have a Kick @ss week all my Fast Secret Buddies.....
112,4 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 10,7 kg.    Aún para ir: 8,4 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
