Still the same. I knew I was slacking a bit the last two weeks but somehow still thought I would go down at least s pound. More thought and effort needed. 1600+ calories a day is not cutting it and there were a few days that I just went overboard. That combined with an entire week of no exercise at all, it's no wonder I didn't lose even an ounce! Went to gym yesterday and back on track with eating. Going gor a walk this morning. Trying harder!
73,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 4,1 kg.    Aún para ir: 5,4 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
