Vacation from my 1200 calories a day didn't do me well I gained about 6 pounds. I didn't plan well in fact I guess I knew I wouldn't stick it my calories and this is what happens... got to learn to plan better
108,9 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 5,4 kg.    Aún para ir: 22,7 kg.    Dieta seguida: Poco.

That's okay Kmbrunty! i'm not sure what your situation is but maybe thats your body telling you 1200 calories a day isn't sustainable. would you consider upping your calories but including more calorie burning activities instead?

well I am not one that gets into much activities but I am working on that and yes I agree that sometimes I feel i need more than 1200 calories and some days less.
