Although it will be tough I will lose 20kg by 24th December 2020 no matter what. I will then enjoy Christmas and take a break over Christmas and start again 3rd week into the new year. It will be the toughest weight loss I have ever embarked on as my body is not the same anymore and I have to be careful. will set some goals starting today. Average weight-loss of approx 1.6kg per week.My focus will be on positivity, work/life balance sleep, exercise, diet will have to be Keto as much as I am not a fan anymore but it is the only way I know how to do it, weigh-in's everyday as I always do. This is the last time I will ever get do a weight-loss phase to such an extent so I guess better to get it over and done.
