so... about 12 years ago I found this little website called myfatsecret.com signed up... lost ten kilos... then you know things happened time passed and I came back in 2013 last another 7 or eight kilos... now its 2020 and post lockdown here I am again... I'm about 5 kilos in to my 2020 stint. it still works the same... the database is still super Amerocentric but you get through because this app works. its simple but effective. Just count calories in calories out.
There's nothing complicated to it.
