4th week back in the gym...had a few off days last week due to a stiff back. Feeling better this week ready to crush it...

I've been back at gym for a week and a day. I have a pinched nerve so is really frustrating. But I persevering. yesterday I lowered all my weights and did more reps and sets, upper body and cardio.... Boy am I feeling the workout today, today I did cardio and lower body.......consistency and perserverance.....we can do this!!!!
