Good weight loss from last week, 1.9Kgs, I exercised a lot and kept my calories around 800 a day so that paid off big time, a loss at this stage 6 months and 1 week is huge. My weight now is 96.6kgs from 141kgs thats a total loss of 44.4Kgs only 6.6Kgs to reach my goal. My reward once I reach my goal is a roast pork meal with all the trimmings(Thanks mum)
