* weight loss progress
heres my daily consumptions....
day 1-7 was 1 scoop isofemme protein powder (116cals, 1g carbs, 0.2g fat), 1 cup skim (90cals), 1/2-1 cup frozen strawberries (30-60cals) in a blender. Thats it all day(total:236-266cals/day).
Day 8, 9 and 10 and from now on its just 1 scoop iso femme protein powder(116cals, 1gcarb, 0.2gfat), 1 cup water(0cals), and 1/2 cup frozen strawberries(22.5cals). Thats it all day(total:138.5cals)
i may eventually cut out the strawberries but i dont think it will make a difference much really. Ive gone from 137 to 121.5 in 10 days:)
