Chest=37.8 inches Waist= 33 inches Lower belly= 39.8 inches Hips= 42 inches Thigh= 24.8 inches Arm= 12 inches
I think this loss is quite considerable and healthy. But I really wish I had lost more. Why can it be so demoralising at times? And how to keep yourself motivated? If anyone has any tips, do tell. Cheers! Stay fit.
