I can so relate to everything you've said. I go back and forth with fruit and recently attempted to add it back in, overate it so stopped it, nuts and seeds eliminated for now, I can't believe how few is a serving...About the cake- I do pretty good when other people are around so I think I could stop at ONE piece but definitely wouldn't want it in the house if by myself. I too am trying to have a plan and stick with it. It is HARD!
