I have been away for awhile...So busy in the mornings with watering the garden and flower beds etc...working earlier three days a week, so i do not Have the time to spend on the computer... The good news, is I am maintaining the 35 pound loss I have accomplished in the last two years But I have noticed I feel a little less fit and more bloated since I have not been working out as much (duh, do ya think?)! Anyway, it's time to get back on my elliptical and burn off the last 9 pounds I set for my goal...
