Extra pound is gone this am, which leaves me high and dry sitting on a plateau watching all the other weight loss ships sail by...
I have got to crank it up a notch if I am ever going to get the wind in my sails again.
More-summer is over and autumn is back. Rainy and "cold" here today. Went for full walk/run/lunge though with the Beast. He is still so zonked from yesterday's ordeal. No sugar today and feeling much less cravey too. Am in full PMS mode though-so look out world.
I want to show a loss for last week of Bootcamp. I am determined.

Kudos on getting rid of that extra pound! Got out for a walk, got rid of the sugar....You're gettin' there! Keep that up and the number on the scale will definitely be heading DOWN! ☺

I know how frustrating it is but we just need to keep our goal in mind. Come on girl, summer will be here before you know it, lets keep up the exercise. I've slacked off on the treamill lately so I need to get back to it... you know the beast loves sunset walks with you!

you are not allowed to complain about the weather there when it is still snowing daily here in Idaho! :D Don't get discouraged.. I bet you will show a loss by tomorrow.

HA! I feel guilty and very lucky re: weather. The local news has been doing storm watch all weekend. So silly. We had drizzle mostly and today it's beautiful again but windy. Feeling pretty good. Think I am getting my groove back.
Now go outside and make a snow angel for me.
