Diario de MarelYVR, 21 ene. 09

Ugh! Scale isn't moving right now. Too many 100 calorie snacks. I'm allowed 2 and had 4. Probably because I didn't keep up with my meal #3 in the day.

Trying to eat more veggies and have replaced a few breakfasts with 1/2 cup of All Bran instead of Oatmeal... just to get things moving a little better through the digestive track.

Going out for dinner tonight and I've taken an advanced look at the menu. I may have muscles as it doesn't look like there's a lot of choices that would work for me... I'll look at the menu again before I go. I feel confident that I'll be able to resist the creme brulee, which is a weakness.

Hopefully there will be a decent drop in the next day or so. Workout time is going to be a little scarce for the next week too as I'll be travelling for work and it will include a few extra hours of driving every day.

Haa haa happy hump day....ya I just had spagetti, but I did exercise so that counts as something...better than nothing. I love those calorie thingies. I just can't afford them right now and they closed the big lots down the street where I used to pay 150 for a big box....DOH...oh well, keep on trying girl.*

You're right, the 100 calorie snacks are very expensive but they really help me control the portion, especially now as I'm calculating everything. There's quite a variety of products now so it helps me keep on track to know that there is a treat waiting for me if I really feel like I need on. It's probably not helping me break the sugar habit but it could be worse.
