So today is day 2 on counting calories. I was quite amazed at my portion of food last night. had a 200g rump steak and cup of fried chips. still within my calorie count so was great. I have also weighted in both days to see what is happening.....I need to see change or I get discouraged. so far so good. Did my work out for today went well, didn't do a long work out but did jumping jacks, push ups, mountain climbers, squats, Tricep and some others. Had my breakfast which consisted of 1 hard boiled egg, 1 slice white Albany toast, 1 tomatoe and 1tbls grated cheddar cheese. So off to a good start.
113,2 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 1,3 kg.    Aún para ir: 43,2 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
