Diario de Dezandjes, 17 nov. 10

I have been restricting my intake to 1200 or 1300 calories a day. I also have been consistent with going physical exercise for at least 30 min. a day as well. I just need to stay strong, focused, dedicated and on the ball. I want to loose as much of this fat as possible so that when I go to my consult with the Dr. he can give me an accurate price n description of what needs to happen. I also want to firm up n build muscle but not too much. I would like to be toned n defined. Jesse says he doesn't want me to be a stick and he doesn't like seeing my bones but I don't want to look like that. I won't truly know what I look like til I get my tuck. until then, Ima try n get down to between 115 and 119 lbs. I told Jesse I wouldn't go less than 119, but it depends on if my tummy fat starts to disappear. sigh....
