Day 14: 151 lb, 42bf,ketones positive. verrrrrrrrrrry sick yesterday--4lb weight loss in one day--not the preferred method. Weak today, light headed. Need to get on an airplane to orlando and then albuqurque. Needless to say, exersize was out of the question.
