I have to be honest & say that I have been working the system! ;)
I have learned what foods my body can handle (& not gain weight) & what foods my body becomes bloated with! I had McDonalds grilled chicken wrap (actually 2 of them) & an order of fries this week! Yep ... 2.6lbs. gained in one day! My body didn't like that evidently! Now it's 2 days later & that water weight is gone! Thank God!
I made a new year's resolution to treat 150 like I have been treating 160! I have been floating from 156 to 163 for months now! I would love to float from 145 to 153 instead! That's just 10lbs., but I will not reach that goal by working the system! FOCUS! :S
On a positive note, yesterday I worked out @ the gym on the elliptical. Typically, I set the machine on level 10, 11 or 12. I set it on 13 & pushed myself thru it! I was sweating up a storm, but I burned 670 calories in 1 hour! I felt great! ;)

I guess it's all part of figuring out what we can and can't eat in regards to gaining and losing. Way to push yourself too, I pushed myself running yesterday at 5.2 mph for 30 minutes straight, and you know we have to push ourselves as we just don't know what we are capable of, so awesome job buddy!
