Apparently weight is going to come off 1/10 pound at a time - I will be eighty when I reach my goal! But 1/10 is better than gaining. Day 3 : Did 1 hour 15 min - aerobics and strength - on wii fit! Day 13 - I love the way it keeps track of what you've done (feels like I'm getting a gold star on my fridge!) Got a lot of work done today - My hubby made a huge salad for dinner last night so I had lunch ready and waiting today - no temptation - might do that more often! Making chicken for dinner - baked sweet potatoes and brussel sprouts with huge salad on the side - haha
