Ok, long weekend, vacation, restaurant food, fast food, lots of sitting, relaxing, and resetting thoughts for the future. If we don't do this we could just be doing out 'Best' to go where we don't want to go. And because we are result getters, we will get where we don't want to go ahead of schedule because we are success-driven.
Yesterday was a big restaurant breakfast, then 2 angus beef burgers for lunch/dinner, then a big work night of 8 straight hours! (so I get a snickers reward for the super long very physical shift) and then weight in this morning.
223.5# Why the uptick? 'Sodium' Sodium retains water... a lot of water. And I had bread/buns THAT retains water, and water weight a lot... like a pound to 2 pounds!
So back to home cooked balanced 'whole food' meals, no snickers, no ice cream, and no food after 7pm, ironically drinking 120 ounces of water a day. and no processed food (breads/donuts etc) and things will be better.....
