Ok, so I can't count the number of times that I have fallen off the band wagon and it is starting to get ridiculous. I want to have another baby, and we can't start trying again for 12 weeks due to insurance issues. Now is the prime time to make changes and be health. I am sick of being embarrassed by my fat tummy and I really hate the "are you pregnant?" questions. So here goes a very hard 12 weeks of serious change to get myself healthy, then I plan to slow down and go back to more of a weight watchers life style to maintain health. The Shred diet followers claim an average 20lb weight loss in 6 weeks. Let the pounds fly!
