still no progress with being motivated to work out. And limiting my food intake makes me feel like I'm not eating and then I and binge...which is not good. I just have to get off my tush and start working out. My goal is to so 30 minutes on the elliptical 5 days a week. I worked my Ass of to get here and I shouldn't just give up like this. I have all these thoughts of wanting to do it, but I just don't follow thru. I think once I pushed pass the lazy and establish a routine, I will be able to stick with it.
