No Bueno with eating this week. Did exercise 5 out of the 7 days. Now to get the eating issues straightened out. This week will be better. Started off right and walked 2 miles this morning.

Will start with mini goals. First one is to get under 220 lbs. Just can't seem to get under 220. After that I am going to have 10 lb increments. Not sure what type of reward I will give myself yet once mini goal met.
