I skipped my weigh in last week because I went up to 300 lbs. This week it's down from that. My BG was unusually higher than normal before lunch. I had my usually breakfast, so I don't think that food spiked it. Maybe it is stress.
134,3 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 5,0 kg.    Aún para ir: 20,0 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
