I have 1 month and 1 week to loose 5 kg at least, but nothing works for me 😡 I can't afford to buy new clothes to go for holidays. And the one I have barely fits me. Not good at all 😭

I can't do bloody work outs because of my knees and sciatica 😢 I even can't walk that much any more 💔

I haven't tried it myself, but perhaps give keto a go for a few weeks? Everyone who has tried it seem to drop weight really fast.

Julia, your looking to lose just under 3Ibs a week it’s totally possible your already losing it’s just a matter of upping your game keep eating what your eating now but just half your portion also it will save you money because you can eat the meals the following day. Maybe save the extra towards new clothes. your knees and sciatica are just an issue that mean changing the way you exercise look into Cardiovascular exercise in a chair or wheelchair online there’s lots of workouts that will help you burn those calories without harming your knees as for the clothes there just clothes and you well get those In time but don’t let yourself get down over these small issues hope this helps x

Thanks guys for your support ♥️💋 appreciate it alot. Though about keto, my auntie was on it, lost 10 kg. Will see how I can figure it out.
