Decided to go ahead a weigh in. 7.8 pounds is not bad. Phase II begins officially Monday. I know that I will have Halloween chocolate on Sunday. I don't even want to begin and then cheat!
I would like to lose 9 pounds during the next 3 weeks of phase 3.
