I had no idea how little protein I eat in a day. I am going to try to balance it better tomorrow. Over all I had a good day. I played soccer with my 3rd graders; it actually got my heart rate up, plus it was fun :)

Also try to get your overall daily calorie intake above 1200 or your metabolism will slow down. If you need snack to get your calories up, try nuts - they full of antioxidants.
