Diario de POWENCH, 09 dic. 08

Well I did gain this week. It was kinda of expected. I have not been feeling really great and I am so bloated from either just out of routine or this virus I seem to have caught that I figured I was pretty much stuck with a gain this week.

I am hoping to get through this one and keep exercising to get a loss next week before the Christmas WW break.

I remeasured myself and have lost about an inch on my biceps, forearms, and my chest...but the damn hips just won't budge..I have not lost any inches since the end of October. I try to tell myself that this is about an increase in muscle in my legs and hips. Hope that is not a delusional response.

New week, new start....
