Diario de Rowanfair, 22 oct. 10

Looks like I can make my mini-goal of 185 by the end of October despite no exercise for the past six weeks. My sinus infection is still present but definitely better. I have six more days of antibiotics and three more of prednisone. I plan to go to work on Monday. I just can't miss any more time!

I actually played Wii with the DH last night. Two games of bowling... more standing up than I've managed in ages. Plus I bowled a 209 which is waaaay above my 145 average. The DH got 9 strikes in a row for a 277 game!

Today I have an interfaith committee meeting at my house at noon, so I am going to have to get out and shop and also do some tidying this morning. Ack. I just have no energy at all. And then full moon tonight. And I have a dinner party for 17 on Tuesday for which I need to start shopping and prep. I never imagined I would be sick for this long when I scheduled these things!

The DH is down in SoCal for the weekend, so hopefully I can manage some champion napping and be all better on Monday. The extended bedrest seems to have been good for my shoulder too. I suspect it has been not driving 50 miles a day. Yes, I'm looking for silver linings.
