I can't believe I lost another pound. It's been hard to be broke and eat healthy. Its so unfair that hot dogs and white bread are always 88 cents, and subway isn't the one with the dollar menu!

Yay me anyways!

Sweety it's not all about buying special foods, I buy everyday normal foods that I would get anyways and portion it for what I have to eat. I think your doing great just keep up the good work and positive thoughts and you can do this. I wasn't too sure when I joined the medi weight loss clinic that I would not be able to do and I haven't proven to myself that I was wrong for once in my life lol.
