I have been having trouble with the exercise too. I have finally got myself jogging on a treadmill for like 30 mins after work but a friend suggested I get some sort of work out video for the mornings so I could fit in 2 workouts a day and see if that helped me lose. Good luck to you and keep it up, you are not far from your goal.
