Oh boy. Too much wine. Dive Doctor told me yesterday, that IF we’re still able to dive , after Covid19, I should lose another 25-30 pounds. So out the door I went at 4:38a.m. And walkercised for 44 minutes. 51 bridge push ups and today I start weighing and accounting for my consumptions TRUTHFULLY. I started 10mg of Crestor, because even with the loss of 30 pounds already, cholesterol is too high. Maybe another 30 will take care of it! So my new mantra, as I just turned 60, is 60for60. Sixty pounds for my 60the year and as I was born in 1960, it suits my coincidental number fascination. Wish me perseverance and persistence‼️
