Been away for a bit and see that does not do me any good. 2 lbs. gain :( I just could not find any personal time as of late but MUST at least find the time to track my food.

Thanks meganbarkley...happy to be back. :) I'll keep chugging away and have to work a bit harder at staying focused, :) and finding a bit more time for myself. It happens to me all the time....I am always the last one on my list to take care of....need to tweek that a bit. :)
